Below we leave the rules of the place for you to take into account as you have to comply with them in order not to have problems with the owners.

1. Check-out is at 11:00h at the latest. The hostel reserves the right to remove the guest’s belongings from the room. Check out time is maximum at 11.00am. The hostel shall have the right to remove the guest belongings from the room.
   
2. The hostel shall be responsible for the belongings kept in the luggage room under receipt for 24 hours after check-out. The hostel reserves the right to keep or not to keep certain objects. The hostel is only responsible for what has been handed over for safe keeping with a receipt the next 24 hours after check-out. As well, the hotel reserves the right to refuse certain objects.
3. After 22h there must be absolute silence both in the rooms and in the street near the entrances of the hotel. Noise made outside the premises is at your own responsibility. After 22PM it should be absolutely quiet in the rooms and on the street near the entrance. Noise outside the premises is under your own responsability.
4. The data is compulsory to fill in and will be included in the files under the responsibility of Hostel El pequeño Palacio SL to manage your stay in our establishment, make the billing and improve the quality of service, providing us with your express consent to send advertising and / or promotional mailings, unless you object to it. It is compulsory to fill allinformation, which will be kept on file under the responsability of Hostel El pequeño palacio SL in order to manage your stay in our establishment, carry out billing, and improve the quality of ourservice. 5. The hostel reserve the right of admission. The hostel have right of admission.
6. Breach of the rules of behavior established by the hostel will result in the termination of the accommodation/client relationship, the rules are available to the client at reception.
