To participate as a speaker at the IGSM, all guidelines must be followed to ensure consistency and quality of content. There are two ways to participate, either by giving a 15-minute presentation or by presenting a poster.

The topic of the presentation or poster is free as long as it deals with one of the branches of our engineering.

Both presentations and posters with several authors are accepted.

All presentations and posters are entered into the competition, with the exception of the following:

1.- The organising team.

2.- Those people who declare that they do not wish to participate in the competition.

There will be one winner in each category.

In order to disseminate a work, software or project in a concise way, the model of the presentations will be used.

1.- Abstract_FirstName__Title.docx

2.- Proposals must be sent before 15 May in PDF format via email to info@igsm2023.com, indicating in the subject line of the email: [IGSM 2023]: Name and surname of the first author -Title of the abstract.

3.- Once the submission has been accepted, you will be notified by e-mail.

4.- The presentation template will be used to display the presentation.

5.- A programme with the order of the presentations will be sent before the event.

6.- A panel of judges will decide which is the winning presentation.

In order to disseminate a work, software or project in a concise way, the model of the posters will be used.

1.- The poster proposal must follow the following template: Abstract_FirstNameLastName_Title.docx

2.- Proposals must be sent before 15 May in PDF format via email to info@igsm2023.com, indicating in the subject of the email: [IGSM 2023]: Name and surname of the first author -Title of the abstract.

3.- Once the poster has been accepted, you will be notified by e-mail.

4.- The poster template will be used to display the poster.

5.- The winning poster will be chosen by all the participants of the event.
